Maybe some of you have already come across this one. Almost on the Range

We all know how important it is to change Duluth. Issues like the unfunded healthcare mandate, city spending, taxes on businesses, property, purchases and anything else the city council can think of to tax have a profound impact on our lives. We cannot get discouraged- instead we must learn from what happened and develop a strategy to fix it. Everyone, please share your ideas no matter what they are. Some will be off the wall, some will be bad, but some will be good. If a dedicated group gets together to brainstorm the wheat will be found among the chaff. Throw it out there, give us your ideas on how to make a difference.

I have a suspicion that the MOB may have a new northern outpost in Duluth. Now if they can just make it to Keegans to simply ask Brian if they can join the MOB? Or has it gotten easier since I joined?

Thank you very much for the kind comments. Hey, for Minnesota to keep voting the right way we all need change even in Duluth and on the Range. I can only hope that if admitted I would be a asset to the MOB.

MOB needs some sort of initiation procedure, like talking to Learned Foot for fifteen minutes or driving Pinkmonkeybird around for a week.

Or so my son tells me…

Since my in-laws live on the Range, I am all-too-aware of the staunch DFL component there.

Thing about it is, most of them are actually quite conservative on most social issues.

If they only took a step back to see what their party has become, they would see the folly of their ways.

It’s great to have a Conservative voice in that beautiful part of the state.

Joining the MOB means attending one MOB event — and I direct the outstate events. I’d love a chance to host one in Duluth if we could find enough other bloggers up there to make it worth the trip. I’ll drop Erik a note and get a post up.
