    Crazy Conspiracy Theories Re: Weather

    I think this is right up the alley of the anonymous Professor X from my Race to the Right appearance 2 weekends ago. He was the guy saying that the military has a radio transmitter of something that caused/steered Katrina into New Orleans to “get the poor people out.” (There is a podcast, I’ll try to issolate the segment and post the link tonight.
