From The INBOX: Angry Al & NBC

I forgot to mention something in that last post.

Al Franken was a former employee of NBC. Did he use his power as a US Senator, to take revenge on NBC for replacing him with Norm MacDonald or maybe his failed show Lateline or whatever it was?

Franken was a player in the NBC circles for many years. His personal wealth has ballooned under the graces of lame skits and fart jokes sometimes written by coked up writers of which Franken was one (admitted in a book), thanks entirely to NBC.  OK, got the picture, Franken became a millionaire under NBC. But the relationship didn’t last forever. Granted Franken continued to write a few nasty skits every now and then, but I’m hearing there is some bad blood out there.

Is a case of Al Franken abusing his membership in the US Senate to get back at NBC, just like he used to abuse his microphone priviledges to spread hate and lies.
