Minnesota Constitution MN Governor Now Irrelevant

If you don’t see why lawyers and judges are the root of all evil. Here we have a judge deciding that feelings trump law and Constitutional authority.

What this means for Minnesotans is that you will be raped (financially) pillaged (legislatively) by the DFL.

Screw you too justice system. The Legislature failed to pass a balanced budget, the administration is required to balance the budget. Too bad you failed law 101 and got a doctorate in bleeding hearts.

The DFL legislature crossed a line when they thought they could tax and spend at will for their radical agenda. We have our own checks and balances, too bad one branch required to run a state is apparently going to rule over the other 2, not to mention taxpayers, from behind that comfy bench.

If the MN Constitution is irrelevant then so are its tax increases. I am not paying the MVST or Legacy taxes anymore. All or nothing. You can’t take from me here, but ignore our rights there.

    As a point of interest, the Ramsey County Bench is the most corrupt legal operation in the State of Minnesota. They work with the Ramsey County Attorney and the St. Paul City Attorney tomake sure everything they want, they get. Kathleen Gearin, Chief Judge of Ramsey County Bench, was elevated to that position by Pawlenty, last summer, according to an article in the Pioneer Press. This is the same judge that threatened to order a Rule 20, (Complete phsyciatric evaluation)on a Disabled Viet Nam Veteran, because he failed to release his VA Medical Records to her. It didn’t work. VA Medical records are protected from PETTY judges like her for this simple reason. They abuse their power. Only the Veteran herself/himself or a FEDERAL judge can release these records. Remember Timothy McVeigh, Oklahoma Bomber. It took a federal judge and then some to get his VA Medical records released. People like this judge and many others on the Ramsey County Bench, along with many Minnesota attorneys, bring total disgrace to the legal system in the State of Minnesota. Until the few good judges and attorneys take action to clean up this mess, We The People, have to live with our rights being violated. That’s what happens when you have a self policing organization. We have the same thing with Real Estate agents in Minnesota. The law provides for them to have their own policing organization. WRONG
