This was a cold blooded terrorist attack, on American soil.
This ’so-called’ good American, as his cousin called him, appears to be the typical radical jihadist. We need to be real about what happened, what could happen, and what we are really facing in this world.

so far, the only “good” news is that the terrorist will be tried under Military Justice. Imagine that the very first thing that his attorneys attempt to do is get the case transferred to the civilian courts.
Wonder if those officers hearing the testimony (and deciding the fate)of the jihadist are prejudiced against him … solely based on his religion, I am certain? If found guilty by these biased officers (as I am sure that there would be an impossibility that any sitting on the Board will know nothing about the case … or the “alleged” perpetrator), what type of sentence do you think that they may recommend? Remember Timothy McVeigh?
