Phreakmac,

We're the kind of vets that provide you with the freedom from having to look at protesters. Freedom doesn't mean letting people do what they want anymore. Freedom is about protecting every day Americans from Al Qaida and the kind of punks that want to let Al Qaida win. We also have to focus on extending freedom abroad. Sometimes that means clearing the streets of punks.

And you should go easy on Charlie. He put a lot of work into the Nathan Hansen protest and got emotionally invested in it. Unfortunately it was a dismal failure. But I have no doubt Charlie will be back harassing the enemies of freedom in no time.

So apparently Andy actually got something right - No troops policing this country.

Also what fucking kind of vets are you guys? Seriously you want our military to start shooting protesters?

What happened to that little oath you guys took to uphold the constitution?

Does that not matter because you dont agree with what they are saying?

I think you guys should read your oaths again then go read the first amendment.

Charlie,

Let me get this straight you:

1) Make reference to yourself as a disabled vet nearly a dozen times in your posts on this topic;
2) Tell some reporter that you were "wounded once in Vietnam"; and
3) Yet refuse to explain how you were wounded?

Usually when people say they were "wounded once in Vietnam" they mean wounded in combat. Heck, if you ask 100 people what the phrase "wounded once in Vietnam" means I bet all 100 would say it means injured in combat. Why won't you explain yourself? Are you trying to hide something? Making all of these silly threats about bringing Vietnam to MN and beating people up doesn't make you seem very credible.

Again, if you cut your finger while peeling potatoes it doesn't diminish your service. The troops on the front line need peeled potatoes and there is nothing wrong with peeling potatoes for them. The only thing that can diminish your service is to lie about it. And remember, making vague statements that allow people to form false conclusions and then not correcting those false impressions is no different than lying.

As far as the court case with your name on it, it is available to anyone who knows how to put your name in Google. If you don't believe me try it yourself.

And Freedom Vet, you really are nuts. You and Charlie want the military to patrol the streets like some third world nation? Not even Andy is that wacky, although he does seem to be dancing around the issue now that Charlie has called for military intervention against protestors.

I'm with you Charlie. We need to use the military for a lot more of our domestic police work. Things would be a lot better in this country if we did.

Those punks in Pittsburgh should have been cleared off the streets with a few M1A1s. I don't know why Andy was so bothered about a couple of troops cleaning the streets of a few unauthorized protesters. Those idiots were out of line protesting freedom and our defense of freedom abroad. That's exactly what the military should be involved in. We should have turned the military on those fools protesting the Iraq war. We'd have a lot more respect for the troops if protesters knew they'd be facing military justice.

And I looked up your conviction on the internet. The opinion is easy to find. I don't blame you for pulling a gun on that guy. Those kids and their barking dogs shouldn't be bothering you. And no one has a right to be on your property. So what if you encourage them to leave by pointing a gun at them.

Keep up the good work. Let me know if you need a hand with Fishy Mike.

Andy, I think you're right. The punks are getting nervous. Must be feeling the pinch. I wonder how much constituents money Sutton is paying this research committee to dig up this shit. The membership should really like that. It should make them proud to know they have to pay people to attack us and then they aren't even getting a bang for there buck. You and/or I have more brains in our little finger than all of them put together. "IF YOU'RE GOING TO TAKE A SHOT AT A VET, YOU BETTER MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AMMO IN YOUR CLIP BECAUSE A VET IS ALWAYS LOCKED AND LOADED". {"charlie"}

Andy, That wasn't me attacking you for something in Pittsburg. I'm not even up on that issue. I don't even know what they are talking about. Besides, I don't care if it's overseas or backon our own soil, anyone that protests our military should be dealt with by the military. That's where we went wrong in Nam. They should have let the troops come home and deal with the punk ass protesters. They think Kent State and California was bad. They should have turned the troops on those protesters. Things would probably be a lot better today. Sorry for the miscomunication. That's somebody else taking off on you. I understand what you said and I support your thoughts. Charlie PS: The punks are restless. If you ever find out who fishy mike is, I want to be the first one to know. I want to show him what a 60 year old grandpa DAV can do to his head. Amen.

Charlie,

It appears the oppo researchers are out for you too. Must be striking a nerve.

As to Pittsburg and my other post, let's get the things/facts straight.

I wasn't attacking the troops. I don't see anything in there that is an attack. Having military troops deployed against our own citizens is a bad idea. And if it did happen, it wouldn't be the troop's fault. They follow orders.

Considering we now know that they weren't military personnel, but rather from other govt agencies, the claim that I was attacking troops is unfounded. You keep saying I am attacking the troops, what specifically was the attack?

Domestically, it is law enforcement who should preserve the peace and investigate crimes. There is some room for aid from military in extreme circumstances, but I think it is wrong to say that the military is perfect for dealing with unruly diaper wearing snot nosed punks who simply want their 15 seconds of fame and their mace covered faces on TV.

I think ending in the 101st Airborne to give parking tickets in Omaha Nebraska would be a little extreme, and I also think, which was not the case we know now, troops to pull people off the streets and throw them into cars is something we should all be concerned about.

Law enforcement deals with citizens, the military should focus on people trying to kill people.

Now if you wanted to gather them up, wash the piss off their clothes and throw them into a boxing ring with some marines, I say let's do it, maybe they will learn a valuable lesson, but I don't like the idea of troops patrolling America's streets. Again, I don't like the idea of it. Not trashing the individual troops as Nathan Hansen has, but the idea of what they are being ordered to do.

Mike,

You are a real son of a bitch. If a veteran says he was wounded in Vietnam you should take him at his word. A punk little b*tch like you has no place criticizing someone who put his life on the line to protect your freedom. I think you call yourself fishy because you smell like a big rancid p*ssy.

Charlie,

If you say Andy's a good guy I'll give him some credit, but doesn't it bother you when he criticizes the troops who were helping to protect freedom in Pittsburgh? Why does it "bother" him that the troops are helping to snuff out some panty waist little protesters? The troops are the perfect people to put a stop to unauthorized protesting and anyone who is "bothered" by what the troops are doing needs to learn a thing or two about freedom.

Wrong again. I was convicted of reckless pointing of a firearm, which wouldn't have happened if we would have had a castle law in MN. Protecting my family in my house is against the law in Minnesota. By the way, Nathan Hansen was my attorney, that's why we lost. Tell Nathan that he can lose his license for violating attorney client privacy law. I am proud to be a vet. They don't have decks in the army or air force, buttface. I still haven't seen your cowardly identification.
