A Bill To Permanently Change (Read Lower) The Standard of Living In America – Passes The US House

The largest tax increase in the history of the universe, the Cap & trade bill PASSED the US House. 

219 to 212

8 Republicans voted for this bill, 44 Democrats against. 

All of Minnesota’s Democrats voted for the largest tax increase in the universe that will cripple our economy and sack thousands of dollars in taxes and increased costs on American citizens and businesses. 

This is a sad day for America. Congress and the Obama administration are drunk with power and their lust for control over the citizens they are supposed to represent is out of of control. 

Rep. Tim Walz (D MN1) so-called Bluedog moderate voted for this massive tax increase and mandated lowering of the standard of living for American citizens. 

Rep. Colin Peterson (D MN7) so-called Bluedog moderate voted for this massive tax increase and mandated lowering of the standard of living for American citizens. 

They joined the radical liberals Reps. McCollum, Ellison, and Oberstar in  voting for this massive tax increase and mandated lowering of the standard of living for American citizens.

    I agree that it /appears/ that Democrats are out to destroy America, but I don’t think that is truly the case. I don’t even think that they are out to gain power over us for its own sake, as tyrants would. In my opinion they simply think that, in the depths of their own delusions, that the US would be better off if they controlled everything. They can make us more moral, more prosperous, more peaceful and safe, if we just did exactly as they say. The hypocrisy and insanity of such a worldview are extraordinary, but that’s what it is. The way to defeat them is not to argue that they are egotistical idiots, but that their prescriptions are foolish and dangerous.

    Example: passing a monstrous tax bill on all Americans, that will destroy jobs, cripple economic recovery, and kill people, all for no provable benefit to the environment. And that’s only in the parts they have read!
