I was offered a chance to get a new list that was run through Voter Vault by the state party to update emails and addresses, but would have had to sign the contract to get it. That's what I refused. I am running for a CD6 elected position. We do elect our State Exec rep separately. What happened was:

Andy, did you send a request to CD6 leadership for a list of CD6 delegates and alternates, with no response from them, but instead an e-mail back from the *state* party asking you to sign an NDA to get the list of *state central* delegates? This seems too bizarre to comprehend, so I wanted to just clarify that is how it went down. If so, it speaks much to how they think (not well, and in very top-down terms). Seems like you need to ask CD6 again for the list that you really need. And of course the list should be controlled by them and not the state party. As I write, it occurs to me that they must have misunderstood your request as wanting to run for one of the state party officer positions, rather than as the CD6 representative on the state exec comm. I know in CD5, where I'm from, the CD Chair serves ex-officio as our CD rep to the state exec comm. Is that not how it is in CD6?
