Words To Live By
"You're just petty politicians, who'd sooner sign onto the wisdom of a tyrant in another country, than the demands of ticked off voters in your own." (Neil Cavuto June 2008)

“I didn’t question her patriotism. I questioned her judgment.” Mr. Cheney went on: “The point I made and I’ll make it again is that Al Qaeda functions on the basis that they think they can break our will. That’s their fundamental underlying strategy, that if they can kill enough Americans or cause enough havoc, create enough chaos in Iraq, then we’ll quit and go home. And my statement was that if we adopt the Pelosi policy, that then we will validate the strategy of Al Qaeda. I said it, and I meant it.” (Vice President Cheney NYT Feb. 2007)

"A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers. (Ronald Reagan March 1, 1975)

"Oh, no! First of all, if I took one vote away from a serious candidate, it would be a sin." (Al Franken Time Magazine, 9/1/03)

Jungbauer & Grams For Connexus Board

If you are a Connexus Energy customer, please take part in this year’s board election. You should be receiving your ballots this week and I ask that you vote for Sen. Mike Jungbauer and former Sen. Rod Grams.

District 1 – Michael Jungbauer

Mike has spent 25 years as a water and wastewater treatment and reuse specialist.   A state senator since 2003, he serves on the Energy, Utilities and Telecom Committee.  He serves on the Agriculture/Energy Committee for the Natl Conference of State Legislators.   His expertise on energy and environmental issues has gained him national attention.    Mike is committed to reliable and affordable energy for Connexus ratepayers.   He and his family live in Ramsey.

District 3 – Rod Grams

Rod currently owns and operates several radio stations in central MN.  During 8 years in Congress, he was a strong voice for taxpayers and passed the $500-per-child tax credit.  He also served on the Energy Committee in the U.S. Senate.  He spent 20 years as a broadcaster, many of those as an anchor with KMSP-TV.    Rod believes co-op electric is the most effective at providing citizens reliable energy at affordable rates.  Rod and his wife live in Isanti County.

I just voted online, instructions for doing so are included in your ballot. ConnexusEnergy.com
