		<description>So, they tax gasoline by the gallon, and we do what their taxes command-- drive less, and buy smaller cars.  Good for my pocketbook, good for &quot;the environment&quot; (so they say), good for less imported oil, yada yada.  So having adjusted to all that, they now want to charge me the same to drive my Prius 10 miles to work as they would if I drove my Winnebago?   There is a limit to intelligence, certainly, but apparently there is no limit to stupidity.</description>
