2nd Amendmently Approved!!!!
Guess who can legally buy a gun!Â
(I know kinda sucks you have to ask permission to exercise your 2nd Amendment right in America)
I’m pretty set on the Springfield XD45 Tactical.Â
Again, the Glock didn’t fit my hand very well. The Sigs are too spendy and an 8 round clip is annoying at the range. Yes, one 1 hour trip to the range was enough for me to be annoyed with an 8 round clip. The fun is over just when it gets started.Â
I shot the XD45 in the 4″ (Service) model and liked it. The forums I found and feedback so far are all pretty solid. The company seems to be very good in the customer service and the lifetime warranty are comfort. Also the extra safety features are a nice peace of mind.Â
I’m just waiting for my permit to arrive in the mail, but I talked to my Police Department this morning and I was approved.Â
So what’s the best Christmas present – stocking stuffer for AAA this year? That’s right, Santa, I want AMMO!!!!!

Essay Question:
Think about what you had to go through to exercise a specific, no question, right there in the constitution, right.
Now go back to Election day – what did you have to do to exercise your right to vote.
Compare and contrast.
Congratulations! Can’t wait to read a range report. One item to remember is that standard 230gr .45ACP will impact at a different point in elevation than a 185gr .45ACP. For range ammo, I use cheap and moderately accurate UMC/Remington bulk .45ACP 230gr FMJ. It impacts in the center of the 6″ bull at 25 yards. 185gr stuff actually shoots above the bullseye a couple of inches at 25 yards.
Technically you could always buy a firearm. You just couldn’t buy a handgun or an “assault weapon”. But had you wanted to buy a rifle or shotgun there would have been nothing stopping you.
