Residual Forces

I caught part of a CNN story while flipping around this morning. It was a stretching piece about how great it was that a young Obama Floridian, who happens to be Jewish, was schlepping the vote. Take a look.

Around the 1:30 mark in the clip, you see a woman in the beauty salon say that she would never vote for a Black President, but will this time because she doesn’t want someone who is senile in the White House. 

I am just amazed that McCain supporters are the only ones being put under the microscope and that so long as they are voting Obama, their motives aren’t questionable. FOr the past week, media outlets far and wide have focused on Republican rally attendees and their uniformed statements.

In what can be described as the great media campaign for change, Americans have been subjected to the most biased and one sided campaign coverage ever. Not once have they followed up on any of Obama’s blunders, the obviously staged fainting ralliers, his flips, flops, and dare I say treasonous dealings with the Iraqi Government.

His ties to radical groups go uninvestigated and most outlets are defending Obama rather then doing their duty to report and let voters decide. They refuse to look into Ayers, ACRON, and Obama’s alliances. They refuse to look into just how Obama got to be who he was. The not only let Obama spew clearly empty political rhetoric, but then they attack anyone who dares to question just what it is Obama stands for.

Take another good look at that video. Clearly the CNN journalist could have followed up to the lady who said McCain was senile. But is it a matter of predetermined coverage, or does the CNN decision making politburo share the idea that McCain is nuts.

If Obama wins, it can’t be credited to him. The media will have won this election. They have schlepped for Obama like an ACORN worker schleps for Mickey Mouse to come out and vote for change.

I pray someday soon that Americans will realize the media is partisan. That it is unreliable for factual news presentation. That it is now engaging in activism.

Gone is the “if it bleeds it leads” mentality. The new rule in the media is, if it hurts Republicans, or helps Democrats, then that is news.
