		<description>I&#039;m sorry, but suspending mark-to-market is silly.  I could buy modifying it to use a rolling average for valuation purposes but not suspending it.  Loosening accounting standards in an apparently already corrupt system doesn&#039;t seem like the greatest idea to me (plus, I like my job . . . well, not like but need).</description>
