To follow up on football analogies, the Palin “hail Mary” pass is wobbling and the stadium isn’t mesmerized by it anymore.

I think Shrum confused his Christmas wish list with reality. Palin has ignited a grassroot groundswell that is taking the incredible work by House Republicans like Bachmann (R MN6) in fighting for real conservative principles and exposing, not caving to, liberal Democrats for the socialists they are. 

Obama and the Democrats are so scared of an energized and engaged GOP base that they have resorted to lies, smears, and gross misrepresentations of reality to try and change the subject from how Republicans finally got their conservative groove back. 

I’m not going to predict a win, but if things continue as they are: Biden is given as much media exposure as possible, Obama continues to use a teleprompter as a crutch at partisan campaign rallies, his campaign and the DNC continue to belittle rural America and swift boat Palin, Biden is given as many speaking opportunities as possible, the leftist nutroots does what it does on Obama’s behalf,  and Congressional Democrats let the session wrap up with out a real energy bill…. 

The Election will go handily to the Republicans. McCain - Palin will win handily. We’ll pick up seats in Congress. Hold our own in the Senate. And see a resurgence in State Legislatures. 

It appears Democrat’s worst nightmare has happened. They were afraid that the GOP would realize why they lost in 2006. They acted like Democrats. Well, Palin was the shot of adrenaline that brought the RNC out of flatline and put it back on offense. 

The Republicans are now pushing a real message and it is the message Americans have been craving. We could see the biggest comeback of a political party in the shortest time ever. There is a very good chance Minnesota could go red this year.

That’s how bad Obama and the Democrats are doing. The wheels are coming off the Obama bus and they are getting desperate. The public can now wade through the spin and empty rhetoric. He’s flailing away with the same negative attacks. All the media bias in the world can’t cover up the snide comments from either Obama. The Obama revolution is circling the drain.  

But don’t take it for granted. We need to keep on working like we are down 10. Winning doesn’t just happen. You now have the message you’ve been waiting for, now get out there and spread it.
