Words To Live By
"You're just petty politicians, who'd sooner sign onto the wisdom of a tyrant in another country, than the demands of ticked off voters in your own." (Neil Cavuto June 2008)

“I didn’t question her patriotism. I questioned her judgment.” Mr. Cheney went on: “The point I made and I’ll make it again is that Al Qaeda functions on the basis that they think they can break our will. That’s their fundamental underlying strategy, that if they can kill enough Americans or cause enough havoc, create enough chaos in Iraq, then we’ll quit and go home. And my statement was that if we adopt the Pelosi policy, that then we will validate the strategy of Al Qaeda. I said it, and I meant it.” (Vice President Cheney NYT Feb. 2007)

"A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers. (Ronald Reagan March 1, 1975)

"Oh, no! First of all, if I took one vote away from a serious candidate, it would be a sin." (Al Franken Time Magazine, 9/1/03)

Utter Complete Moron Move Norm

Others have already taken Norm Coleman to task for joining the anything but a win for free market energy “gang of 16″. I’m calling the Senator and his campaign complete and utter idiots for actually having the liberal loving cajones to send the following email out via the campaign.

I just updated this. I forgot to add the subject line of the email. PLEASE NOTE THE EXCLAMATION POINT!!!!!!!!!!!

From: info@colemanforsenate.com

Subject: Norm Joins The Gang Of 16!

Dear Friend,

Senator Coleman has joined the Senate’s Gang of 16, a bi-partisan group of legislators who have pledged to break the Congressional deadlock on energy policy.  As Senator Coleman rightly points out, energy policy isn’t a Republican or Democrat issue, it’s an American issue and he will work to bring people together to see that sound, responsible, forward-thinking policies are adopted for our future.

Check out www.frankengastax.com to see what Minnesota Fair goers think of Al Franken’s plans to raise the gas tax.

Thanks,

- Team Coleman

Honest to goodness, Norm, Cullen, and crew. Just what the heck are you doing? Here you have the Minnesota Republicans actually starting to warm up to the idea of Republicans actually getting the real message of 2006, and you go play Benedict Arnold?

Then you have the guts to make this all about Al Franken and launch into some silly website gotcha crap. You’re a US Senator, HE’S the hack comic who was stuck in the B leagues for decades and ran a terrible radio show for a radio station that is/was bankrupt.

Maybe Minnesotans don’t want either of the liberals running for the US Senate in Minnesota to win.

Some of us want to drill wherever the oil is, not wherever the liberal tree hugging Sierra Club worshipping Lunacrats will allow us to.

I made a grave mistake a few days ago, and I transported Coleman lawnsigns from one place to another. Heck, I even threw one of the small ones up here at work. I am going to go correct that mistake as soon as this one publishes. And I’ll be dropping off the ones I had at my house, along with other CONSERVATIVE candidate’s signs, at the Victory Office. Oh, but don’t worry, I never truly believed it was true. I didn’t put up one of your signs at my house.

Fool my too many times and I am the idiot for thinking maybe you had figured it out. I was gravely mistaken.

(add)

I thought maybe you understood that these little moderate sliver factions of (R)epublicans on the liberal wing of the party who think that it is a great accomplishment to go out and help blockade the conservative movement was exactly what is wrong with this party.

Insincerely,

Andy Aplikowski

A guy who really wants a US Senate candidate he can vote for.

Thanks for standing up for us Conservatives. Norm lost my vote with this one, I am trying to start a write-in campaign using Jason Lewis. That way we could keep count. Anyway Norm has shafted every congressman skipping their vacation, all the republicans running for the house and senate. And McCain. Norm only cares about Norm.

Senator Franken! Senator Franken! Senator Franken! Senator Franken!

Yay! Conservatives can really get on board with that!

I mean, the plus side is that Senator Franken would NEVER join a “gang of 16.” More liberal Democrats in the Senate could never hurt either.
