		<description>Even if drilling for US oil doesn't drop prices a penny (just the announcement of drilling will drop them a lot), and even if we can't get the oil for ten years (we can have some of it in 3 and we'll always need oil), and even if we mess up some small piece of the environment (it would be exceedingly small, much smaller than just one tanker spill, and exceedingly unlikely), it just doesn't make sense NOT to drill for our own resources.  It's like buying $10 hamburger from Argentina (if they were a rogue nation) while we've got a freezer full of porterhouse steak.</description>
