From emails, comments, and a Polinaut post, it is clear that Molnau would not be allowed to pick her Lt. Governor should Pawlenty become Vice President with his green pal John McCain.

Via the MN Constitution, the President of the Senate becomes #2……… make that .20.

Sounds like one more good reason to keep Gov. Tim at home, and let McCain pick a strong conservative to run in 2012 against Hillary. McCain should pick a VP that does NOT worship at the Church of Globull Warming.
