		<description>I always love to hear that "[T]here's been no evidence of voter fraud in Minnesota" ... when all one has to do is remember the situation in Coates.  Don't tell me you've forgotten where the strip club owner had 90 some friends casts votes in an attempt to change the composition of a city council that was opposed to his business! 

I'm sure that as long as those people were fraudently voting in the local election, they just happened to fail to cast votes (fraudently) in other elections that were on the ballot!!

Then there is the situation with students who cast votes in their college town ... and vote absentee at home.  No need for any investigations here.  Let's just ignore it!</description>
