		<description>Perhaps a little history lesson will dampen your spirits.  Many years ago, the Democrats foisted a $1Billion tax hike on Minnesotans, and that's back when $1B was REAL MONEY.  The Republicans then took over the House and gave us a $1B tax cut.  Great!  Two years later, the DFL regained control and upped taxes another #1B.   I've been uncertain about the average intelligence of Minnesota voters ever since.</description>
