    Did I just see Sen. Murphy standing on the Speaker’s Podium step whispering into Kelliher’s ear?

    Can he do that?

      I’m talking to Rep. Mike Beard and he wanted me to tell you this. Senators are allowed on the House floor but they are never allowed in the retiring rooms - however Mike said that he thought that there were a couple of Senators in there today.
