The State Legislature is hell bent on making us the highest taxed state. That doesn’t bold well for our already failing economy.
Socialized Government Run Health Care - Will cost billions! And yes, they say they are just going to “require” heath care, but they aren’t telling that is simply so they can swoop in and create a government plan to cover those who can’t afford one.
Metro Tax Increase For Arts & Duck Farts
Gas tax- $8 billion dollars - And they are indexing it. The gas tax will be on auto-pilot to increase in the future. Cowards don’t even have the guts to vote on it when they want it to increase. Personally, I would think this is unconstitutional, but what do I know.
They also are going to try to up the Soy Diesel quotient. That will further harm truckers and shipping costs because the crap is just like ethanol and mileage goes down dramatically when it is used.
So in other words, the Legislature is going to sock it to you so they can keep wasting your money on fru fru socialist utopian pet programs, rather than on the primary role for state Government. Transportation is the new police and fire political leverage chip.
Here’s what they are doing folks, pay more taxes, or we won’t build you the roads you need.

I should probably notify you that a “Duck Fart” is an alcoholic beverage, and the preferred beverage of a majority of the MN Militia.
It’s also what we may need copious amounts of to get through this next legislative session.
If they are gonna tax me to death, the least they can do is buy me a Duck Fart.
