Florida - Are They Too Stupid To Vote?

Read this article and tell me why in the world this one state has so much trouble with voting. Am I missing the news here in Minnesota on these sorts of problems during election time, or what? I can’t remember anything like the many problems cited in this one story in the early hours of Florida’s Primary today.
So that leads me to ask the question if they really should be allowed to vote since they can’t even seem to get the mechanics of it right. Is it really that hard to vote? Do we have super human people running elections here in Minnesota and just take it for granted?
How hard can it be?

Did you note the independent who voted illegally for McCain? Can you say recount?
