    What/Who Is “The Middle Class”?

    I think I have asked this before, but for the benefit of Green Bay Packers fans, I think we need a refresher. The phrase is all the buzz again now that campaigns are controlling the public discourse, but it is never defined, and always pandered to. What or who is “the middle class”? Bonus: Are class envy politics something that broadens the quality of political debate, or the reason our politics are so nasty?
