Hey - at least you don't have Bad Rex/Worse Rex for a quarterback guys....my Bears are looking totally pathetic. It's hard to believe they played in the Super Bowl last year!

The only thing that is saving October for me is that my CUBS made the playoffs (how 'bout the Brew Crew Foot?). We'll see how long that lasts.....

You had better have been tailgating all day as that is the dumbest thing I have ever read.

Just look at how our best offensive threat is the first one off the field after a momentum building kick return, or critical 3rd down. Look how our QB is running around with his fingers in his ears waiting to be told what to do.

Both Moss and Culpepers' probs were not an owner, but inside their own heads. Moss was pissed at Culpper. Culpepper was pissed at protection. blah blah, all that ended 2 years ago.

Childress is supposed to be an offensive mastermind, but it seems the only thing he has mastered is confusing the hell out of what his offensive players should be doing.

Sure we have weaknesses, and inferiors at certain positions, but I can see how some people have no clue what they are even supposed to be doing. It is one thing to have bad attitudes or athletes in capable of doing what they need to, but it is a sign of poor coaching when the guys on the field look confused and out of place.

Our Defense refuses to blitz consistently and relies on a 4 man rush that can't get to the QB. That's a coaching problem.

Our offense is stuck on a section of the playbook that only deals with 90 yards of the field, and in 4 yard chunks. That too is a coaching problem.

You can just tell that these guys in the helmets are fed up. They all try and try, and have an idiot in headphones who stands there in the 4th quarter trying to figure out if he should throw the flag or not.

This is the NFL, not college of high school. Childress has to work with the players and talent he has, not what he wants. He is wasting some talent, and expecting too much out of others. That is all coaching. In my mind it is clear the guy can draw Xs & Os with the best of them, but he lacks the ability to make those plays reality.

Andy - Quit tying your undies up in a tight wade and loosen up already. It's a known fact that Red McCombs is still to blame. After all, before he sold the team to Zigi, he was the one who traded Moss for inferior talent (he got a decent draft pick and wasted it). Red McCombs is to blame for Dante Culpeper's poor showing last year by not giving him anyone to throw to, and taking away what little pass protection he had left (hence his injury.

Can't blame Childress much for inheriting a bad team. The Vikes have a great running game and a decent defense - offensive line and QB situations are still lacking. Give him some time.
