    I came is second.

    I want to genuinely thank everyone who voted for me. I want to thank both Brad and Dan. I want to thank the members of the 6th District.

    Not all is lost though, I was elected as Anoka County Vice Chair, so I will still be on the 6th District Committee.

    All in all, I can’t be disappointed. I tried. I overcame a nasty attack. I didn’t back down. I did win people’s support for my ideas. That means as much as winning would have.

    And I look forward to working with the new Committee in the 6th to helping Rep. Bachmann, Sen. Coleman, and all our legislative candidate and their BPOUs.

    So thank you to everyone again.
