Someone emailed this to me. I believe this is pretty accurate. It is the layout for tomorrow’s rallies at the Minnesota Capital.

I don’t think they actually get the area outside of the oval drive, but still you get to see how the Capital folks may have played a favorite here.
Update:
Sorry, I guess the environutters and Sierra Club were assisted in their request, and got special permits which will allow them to extend beyond the oval drive. Plus they will be selling merchandise.

AAA - I talked to my House Rep last night and according to what he told me that is totally inaccurate. According to what he said, the tax rally has the steps and the UPPER LAWN and the environutters have the lower lawn. There is a fence (green how appropriate) separating the two.
