  • A-Klo in Baghdad, I Bet There’s No Red Carpet Welcome

Posted by Andy on March 17th, 2007

Se. Amy Klobuchar made a surprise, unannounced, visit to Baghdad. (sorry, just can’t believe the Press only does that for Republicans)

amytheporkprotector.jpgNow, I’m sure that the US troops, military officials, and the Iraqis officials will be just dying to have A-Klo tell them to their face that we shouldn’t be there, that she disagreed with this war from the very beginning, and that we need to adopt the Murtha-Pelosi plans to redeploy over the horizon sooner rather than later, and have the Iraqis take the responsibility for their own country.

Seriously, exactly what is she going to say to people she is willing to let get slaughtered by the terrorists and Iranians? Had she had her way, Saddam would still be in power.

Will A-Klo at the very least admit that the Surge, she vehemently opposed, is at first glance working? She wants a change of course, & the Surge she opposed, may in fact be the change that could bring victory to both Iraqis and the US.

    Is she pro-victory or pro-defeat?

(Honestly, what do you think is going through her and the people’s minds given her rhetoric from the campaign trail?)

    Anyone?
