      wait, if this is true:

      Swanson is accusing the Golden Valley-based company of breaking a state law that prohibits companies from selling unsuitable annuities to customers.

      What’s wrong with what she’s doing?

      I couldn’t help but think the same thing when I read the article, that this is a continuation of Hatch’s policies. The larger question is whether this, in fact, is her idea to begin with or whether it is Hatch’s. After all, he’s still employed in the AG’s office.

      The State of Minnesota Department of Commerce approved all of the policy forms used for these annuities including the issue age of the policyholders.

      We’ll see who wins in court. Of course, Hatch was behind it. This is Lori’s shining moment.
