Andy Aplikowski released the following after learning of Swiftee’s frequent travels to Cuba to deliver Summit beer to Castro.

“It is a sad state of the MOB when one of our finest moonbat monitors is moonlighting as a communist. America has a beer embargo on Cuba, and I would have hoped my opponent would have honored that. Fidel Castro has been a brutal dictator to his people, and he should not have the privilege of Summit brewed beer.” said Andy Aplikowski.

“It is a sad commentary on Swiftee’s patriotism that he feels the need to profit from the suffering of the Cuban people.” said Tami MacGenius the AAA for MOB Mayor Spokesbabe. “He’s had an honorable career in moonbat bashing, and crude but funny photoshopping of Mr. Young, but I fear this new development will tarnish that.”

Andy Aplikowski added, “I want MOB voters to know that I have never drank beer with Communist dictators, nor will I. It saddens me to know that a man I respected deeply as a true American patriot and MOB star has sunk to this level. I call for an immediate investigation into whether or not Swiftee has also visited Hugo Chavez.”

MacGenius added, “AAA for MOB Mayor campaign received photos earlier today that appear to be Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro, and a fat guy thanking Swiftee during a parade in his honor. There was also a photo supplied to us that shows Chavez opening up a case of Summit beer. If this turns out to be true, we hope that Swiftee will save the MOB the embarrassment and with draw from the race.”

    I’m Taillights Baby

Posted by Andy on 30th September 2006

What is it about the weekends that get me sick? Last Sunday I had a fever induced coma, and now this weekend I have a headcold. I guess burning the candle at both ends all week to get work, blogging, and fun in catches up with you eventually.

So anyways, if you couldn’t tell my blogging was a bit ‘off’ yesterday. My head felt like it weighed about as much as Rosie O’Donnel’s left butt check. (yeeesshhhh!)

I had originally planned to head up to the cabin to bust ass one more weekend and try to finish siding the porch at the cabin. Well thanks to the cold, and the MNGOP State Central Meeting today, my plans were foiled. Even before the cold, I had scrapped plans for the Friday departure to the cabin, since this meeting is in my District. I figured I’d better at least show my face.

So anyways, why do you care? Good question. But if you are still reading this, I’ll let you know my ‘little’ plans for the weekend.

I am going to be loading up for the cabin this morning. I have to make a stop at Menards for some J-trim. I’ll hit the grocery store. To the meeting. If anything interesting happens, I’ll post on it. And then I’m taillights baby. (That means you’ll only see my taillights as I will be heading out of town.)

The cabin plans are to get some siding done. I’d love to finish it up, but I don’t think a day will be enough time. I’d also like to get the boat out of the water. That way I can pull the boat lift into the shallow water before it gets too cold. You have to get into the water and often under it in order to get it off the legs and onto the wheels.

So that is the plan. It’ll be tough because I’ll be up there alone.

    Have a good weekend.

BREAKING NEWS, EXCLUSIVE NEWS, NEWS ALERT - Joe Tucci Gets Kids Drunk

Evidence was presented that Joe Tucci offered a young child alcohol. It is unclear how many times this has happened, but proof has been emailed from the honorable, upstanding citizen blogger, and law abiding Learned Foot of the Kool Aid Report.

    littlefoot.jpg

Aplikowski added the following after viewing the picture, “Given the new information that my opponent Joe Tucci has acted with such indiscretion and displayed such poor judgement I call for him to with draw from the race. The MOB doesn’t need a Mayor more concerned with getting kids drunk than dutifully fulfilling the responsibilities of the position he was elected to.”

The AAA for MOB Mayor campaign has turned the matter over to the proper authorities. The campaign has not done any polling to determine whether or not this development will affect the Canadian votes cast in Mexico for who will win Dancing with the Stars.

AAA for MOB mayor spokesbabe, Tami MacGenius had this to add, “Clearly Andy Aplikowski will be the kind of MOB Mayor who is more concerned with getting himself drunk than performing the duties of the office.”

    # # #

JOE TUCCI REBUTS: I want you to listen to me, ‘cuz I’m only gonna say this once:

I did not. Give. Beer. To. That. Boy - Moonchild…

    One moment please…

Um, my staff attorneys have just informed me of the following:

MOB Constitution, Article 9, section 4 provides:

SECTION 4. DUTIES OF THE MAYOR

The mayor shall discharge all duties of his Office including, but not limited to:

    ***

    (7) Upon request, provide LearnedFoot and any of his issue in perpetuity, all the beer he requires.

    (Emphasis Tucci’s)

    So, I guess…never mind.

VOTE TUCCI - He’ll give you beer!

    Andy Adds:
For the benefit of the Green Bay Packers fans.
Perpetuity- a thing that lasts forever or for an indefinite period

I can’t be worse than the last guy

Posted by Andy on 29th September 2006

I guess I am running for MOB mayor. Who knew?

Andy Aplikowski. The primary blogger at the aforementioned Resijawall Fcroes and contributor to KvM, Andy is a veteran political hack who has quite a bit of game when it comes to campaigning. Andy was also voted the MOBs Most Eligible Bachelor in the only legitimate poll regarding that title.

UPSIDE: Knows how to get his message out to the masses.

DOWNSIDE: Nobody can read his messages once they receive them.

    ODDS: 3 to 1

I just wanted to remind the single female reader here that I am the MOB’s official Most Elligible bachelor. And chicks dig my fuzzy head.
    Update:

Oh. I forgot, vote for me. I can’t be worse than that last guy who died in office or something.  I promise everyone that I will do more than nothing. Oh and free beer on flasatundays.

We can always fall back to the Magna Carta

Posted by Andy on 29th September 2006

    What? The Magna Carta?

It’s not as if we’re talking only about a voluntary convention agreed to less than a century ago. These rights have been part of Anglo-American jurisprudence for nearly 800 years.

Articles 38 and 39 of the Magna Carta provide:
38 In future no official shall place a man on trial upon his own unsupported statement, without producing credible witnesses to the truth of it.

39 No free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any other way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgment of his equals or by the law of the land.

I can’t believe the elft in America. Check that. This nutter is from Minnesota. This is from a liberal love letter to Dayton.

The Magna Carta? The American left wants to have the laws from centuries before we were even a colony govern us. These people will get us killed. They are fighting tooth and nail to provide terrorists with therights that they can use to kill us.
    What’s next?

    MINNEWISOWA 06 - 08

Posted by Andy on 29th September 2006

Barry Casselman has a piece on why the RNC went with Minnesota for the 08 GOP convention.

ST. PAUL. — In a surprise move, the Republican National Committee (RNC) has chosen the Twin Cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis for its 2008 national convention. (The convention itself will take place in St. Paul.) The only other major national political convention ever held here was in 1892 when the Republicans met in Minneapolis to renominate President Benjamin Harrison (who subsequently lost in a rematch with former President Grover Cleveland).
Part of the surprise was the previous anticipation that it would be the Democrats who would choose the Twin Cities. In fact, leading Minnesota Democrats confirmed that it was all but certain that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) would select the Twin Cities, and that conversations with DNC Chairman Howard Dean were taking place the morning of the GOP announcement, with a final decision expected in a matter of days.

    Go read the rest.

    I am at KvM today

Posted by Andy on 28th September 2006

In case you didn’t notice my absence yet, I’ve been a busy little blogger over on KvM today.

I got to do an interview with Mary Matalin today.

    Mary Matalin Press Event - September 28, 2006 002.jpg

Yes, I am getting very bald.

Anyways, check it out. There’s lots of other great stuff there.

Oh, and I will be responding to an email I got today regarding the RNC convention in 08. I think it requires a little strongbad. That requires a bit of alcohol. Good thing it is Keegan’s night.

I give you the Kos Kids on the RNC coming to Minnesota.

    Thank God they didn’t choose Cleveland!!! (3+ / 0-)
I think I would have had to move out of town.  Shameful how our city prostituted itself to those bastards.

Oh, don’t worry there are 332 more where that came from. (As of 10:55 PM Central)
