He is part of a culture of really good people at Ramsey County who've kept taxes low and run the city well. St. Paul has alot of good people including the past police chief Finney and the current chief Harrington. I do think the link to a possible wife murderer currently serving the city is not a great thing for Finney and Fletcher is right to see it pursued. Fletcher is competent and experienced.
