Is Campaigning for Sheriff Fletcher being done with public property (and on the public’s time?) Why is the Ramsey County Attorney not prosecuting this case?

This practice is not new, Andy. In 2002, I think it was, Wright County sherriff, Gary Miller, used on-duty deputies to call FROM WITHIN THE government center, to make phone calls for him against his challenger, long-time deputy Lenny Walker.
Nor was he prosecuted.
