Words To Live By
"You're just petty politicians, who'd sooner sign onto the wisdom of a tyrant in another country, than the demands of ticked off voters in your own." (Neil Cavuto June 2008)

“I didn’t question her patriotism. I questioned her judgment.” Mr. Cheney went on: “The point I made and I’ll make it again is that Al Qaeda functions on the basis that they think they can break our will. That’s their fundamental underlying strategy, that if they can kill enough Americans or cause enough havoc, create enough chaos in Iraq, then we’ll quit and go home. And my statement was that if we adopt the Pelosi policy, that then we will validate the strategy of Al Qaeda. I said it, and I meant it.” (Vice President Cheney NYT Feb. 2007)

"A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers. (Ronald Reagan March 1, 1975)

"Oh, no! First of all, if I took one vote away from a serious candidate, it would be a sin." (Al Franken Time Magazine, 9/1/03)

Bachmann v. Wetterling

I have put together a new political blog.

Bachmann v Wetterling

Joining me are GOP Wingman of Wind Beneath the Right Wing, Gary of KvM, Jeff of Peace Like a River, and Jules of KvM, more people will be on board soon. The blog is pretty rough looking right now, as I didn’t want to invest too much into it in case Tinklenberg won. That will change in due time. Remember the content is key.

Some of you may be wondering why am I doing this? Well, because we have one hell of a candidate here in Bachmann, and the media is going to try to rip her apart. As a good Republican, I feel it is my duty to defend her and point out the truth of her opponent. And since I am already a blogger why not? After the dust settled last week, I realized it was time to get the band back together here in the 6th District, and on the center right of blogospehere so we can be united to get Bachmann elected.

Loosing this seat to someone like Wetterling who is nothing more than a sounding board for the liberal groups rhetoric would be devastating for Minnesota and America. The Democrats and the left will be pouring money into this race, and we need to be able to combat them.

If we work hard in getting out the vote & if we’re team players, there’s no reason why we should lose this race. Michelle’s a great communicator & a very smart lady. The liberal hate groups that are already trying to smear her by calling Michelle a radical are in for a big surprise. As Andy said, we’ve got a terrific candidate in Michelle & this is a solidly GOP district.

The only thing missing (at this point) from a big victory this November is hard work on our behalf.

There are many reasons I support Bachman – and I have financially supported her over the years, even though I’ve never lived in an area where I could vote for her. The more conservatives know about her background, how she got into politics, what she’s done for others, and why she serves in public office, the more I think they will support her.

Oh, and would I love to be at the party where you-know-who (initials EY) has to EAT IT WHEN Bachman prevails in November.

THANKS for doing BVW. I look forward to checking it out, maybe will even send some comments once in a while if they’re welcome.

    Bachmann Rocks!

I don’t live in the 6th District, but I really like Bachmann. She is one of the best local candidates that I have seen in many years.

She will not only motivate the base, but she is able to articulate a conservative message that will resonate with moderate voters.
