CD 6 Rumor Mill, Early Endorsement ????
Posted by Andy on April 29th, 2006
I’m receiving info that Michele Bachmann may be trying to finagle an early endorsement. The rumors are that her supporters will try to change the rules, which currently call for a Saturday (May 6th) endorsement, to a Friday night vote. Since most delegates will only be attending the convention on Saturday. (Friday’s convention starts at 5PM, not many can take off work to attend.)
Again this is a rumor!
But it would hold true to the strong arming through the process many have seen or spoke of with Bachmann.

Andy,
Another campaign is spreading this rumor to turn their people out for Friday night. There is no truth to this.

If this were in fact true, you’d see a mutiny.
I doubt that anyone would be so brash as to pull that one off.

I would have thought the same about the brazen effort to freeze out state legislators and long time delegates simply because they were not Bachmann supporters, and I would have been wrong.
I would not be surprised if the Bachmann delegation tried this…they have done similar things at the BPOU conventions. I would not be surprised if these were rumors started by one of the other campaigns. This is the level that the 3 professional politicians’ campaigns have stooped to.
I am hoping that Bachmann tries this…so I can sit back and again say, “See, I told you so.”

Andy, you should know better than to dump unsubstantiated rumors onto the pages of your blog.

Has Krinkie stopped beating his wife yet?

There you have it, another Bachmann supporter making crap up about Krinkie to make her look better than she is. Real classy there Gary.
Oh, don’t everyone to keep it positive.

Gary must also have forgotten to sign up for that.
