6th CD Rumor Mill

Just caught wind of a rumor that a Jim Knoblach for Congress Campaign event did not go well. Supposedly 500 invitations were sent out, but no more than 15 people attended. The event was in Stillwater, on Friday night and was co-hosted by the mayor of Stillwater. Had it gone well, it would have surely been seen as a coup d’e tat in Bachmann’s own backyard, but the perceived flop of the event seems like the bigger story to me.
If this rumor (and keep in mind, at this point it is just a rumor) is true, it would go to prove my suspicion that Knoblach’s message that he is more conservative than Bachmann and Kinkie is not hitting home across the district with delegates.
